As expected given the 250 sq ft labelling. Its not too loud where I can't fall asleep. The dehumidifier feature isn't ideal, can't figure it out and the hoses provided are finnicky, will stick to using it as AC only. Overall I'd recommend - if I were to go back and do again I may buy the slightly larger 300 Sq Ft+ unit given the small price increase of $20-25
