Larger than it appears in add but has wheels to make moving extremely easy. We use it for emergency A/C, generator runs it perfectly.

It will overflow at times if the filters are not cleaned but once cleaned, all goes back to normal. This room was underserved by the central air and we get to turn this off when not in use.
