Works well for a small bedroom. Love that I can turn the led lights off to keep the room dark at night

Nice and quiet. 4 stars cause it's a little bulky. Easy to roll and easy to clean

When is like 80 degrees outside it cools really good, but when it hits the 90s it doesn’t do much honestly it barely cools my room.

Shuts off for now reason after running 1 hour! Very loud doesn’t cool down room very well. 100sq foot room and still don’t stay cool! Shakes the floor when running! Worst purchase waste of money should have went with different brand!

Excellent machine. Quite and vent fits nicely in window. Cools only one room, so buy more btu s if are looking to cool more than one room

It’s a decent air conditioner but it kept turning off in the middle of the night by itself even tho it wasn’t on any setting to do that. I think mine is defective because it doesn’t get that cold anymore and we’ve only had it for 1 month. I haven’t returned it because I live on the third floor and don’t feel like being it down and a new one back up.

Decent for the money but there are better option for $30 more

I liked the sleek look. It should come in other colors. For like chic apartments. Or small apartments. The display on the remote doesn't turn off. It worries me. Fix!

Item was returned only because my daughter received another as a gift.

Works great for my bedroom. My HVAC just doesn't cool upstairs that well and I need it cold to sleep.

I have both the 350 & 250 btu, they both hold their values with no major issues so far.

Purchased open box excellent conditions which promises to have all original accessories and necessary components for operation. Recieved my unit and it was missing multiple items in the box incouding the exhaust hose, screws, and window seals. Called best buy support and they tried to say since its open box the expectation is that it may be missing some items. I countered with the fact that Best buys own policy states that the excellent condition is to have all original components and packaging. They then offered a pickup and return with a refund. Will never buy open box again from best buy.

Yes it’ll cool a room and it was semi easy to install. It’s super, super loud when running. It also makes my lights flicker if it’s not set to a constant cycle. I’m debating on bringing it back but the unit is really big. I’m sure there would be more returns if it wasnt for the size.

It’s a great product for the price! Small but packs a punch and doesn’t use up too much energy.

I was looking for an air conditioner that would look better than a window unit in my home. The product looks like a suitcase it is quite larger than I expected (should have checked the dimensions), but also it is very loud. Unfortunately will be returning.

Needed it for a bedroom so my Dad could keep the rest of the house comfortable for him. Didn't want a normal window unit. This fits the bill. Remote works great to keep the unit working as I need it.

I believe it’s adequate for it’s capacity but maybe I should have gotten a more powerful unit because I thought it would cool my garage more. That’s why I have it for stars.

I wish it would cool down once you turn it on. But it takes about 3-5 minutes for it to turn really cool. Ill see how long this will do! I bought warranty just in case.
