Small unit for small room

Tried to return the item and was told the return window is only 15 days. Don’t know when it went from 30 days to 15 days but now we’re stuck with a unit that has no use to us. Agents on the phone were rude. Chat agents weren’t helpful either. My first time being let down by Best Buy customer service. Don’t know if policy changed recently or what but it’s going to turn more of us “in store” shoppers into Amazon customers.

Great alternative to window units
