    This unit was marked open box - Excellent but upon arrival the unit was missing the adapter for the exhaust hose, included parts not original to the device (the exhaust hose did not match the manual and looked like it came from Home Depot) and was not functioning properly. The air conditioner was set to Cool but it was barely blowing any air and filling up with water. The unit then leaked water all over my floor. I did not turn on the dehumidifier setting and even tried unplugging it then plugging back in. I ended up returning the device. I’m very disappointed that Best Buy would label it as “Inspected” with missing key parts, with parts not OEM and not functioning properly. This unit was also heavy and difficult to return in person.

    A lot of noise and i think that the BTU that they say that have is NOT TRUE... They can download the temperature in our Master Bedroom
