WAS VERY UNSATISFIED.

Have to reset constantly to get expected functionality. The remote appears that it is working but is consistently out of sync with the unit. Actual cooling is as advertised and adequate once you can get it to work . Forget the remote

It won’t put your room in a deep chill, but it will help keep the room from getting extremely too hot. Wish it was a little more powerful though.

But after only one week of use it no longer works... I literally unplugged the unit to move it. When I had plugged it back in it won’t even turn on now. I plugged it into different outlets to see if that was the issue and it still wouldn’t turn on. I spoke to a insignia technician over the phone and they believe there is something wrong with the cord and I would have to return it. I talked to someone from Best Buy about getting a replacement and I was told they are currently out of stock for this specific model. Now I have no choice but to purchase another model for more money. Best Buy did not offer to replace a comparable model or offer a discount. It seems Best Buy does not stand behind there products.

Swings up and down but not as strong as I wish it would blow. Cheap and works but doesn't really cool room. Feels nice if you're sitting near.
