    Bare minimum panels !!!!

    Luck is needed when It comes to widows. It doesn’t fit if you have windows that open horizontally . If you have windows that slide horizontally your out of luck. Probably would work great if you have vertical windows. But I wouldn’t know. Also they send you the bare minimum to install. You’d think for 368 plus tax. They give you the correct sliding panels but know each one is barely two feet (total 2) and a 3rd panel which is 11inch. I am absolutely depressed because I have no clue what to do and I bout this air conditioner in the winter so it’s to late to return. This sucks. I hope the people with windows that this thing can actually fit on works. It’s currently 95F and I am depressed and sweaty.

    Doesn’t seem to dehumidify when it is cooling, otherwise fine.

    Ac unit only cools 1/2 of the room. I’ve purchased 2 units 300sq ft and this one I am reviewing 250sq ft. Automatically goes into fan mode when in cool mode. Stick to LG brand or GE. Best Buy brand insignia is a gimmick. Really wanted to enjoy using this during the Summer. Do not go the cheaper route! An AC is an investment, especially a portable one. My Room measurements are 17x13 221sq ft

    I am 71 years old and disabled. I desperately needed a way to cool my bedroom so I ordered this a/c. All it blows is air. It was covered with some kind of residue when it arrived which I am guessing was the coolant. I can't lift it so I can't return it and I am stuck paying for a piece of junk. Still having to sleep on my living room couch because my bedroom is still insanely hot. Don't make the same mistake I did.

    Not happy with purchase, bought unit in May 2022, and it does not cool a 10x8 room. It started making a weird noise when the compressor kicks on and off so loud that it scares my baby daughter.

    15 day return window seriously? I haven’t had this product for 30 days. Suddenly the past couple of days it won’t stop leaking and pouring water. Not even on the dehumidify setting. I can’t run this thing anymore or else my floors will be ruined. I’m so disappointed bc this is a $300 purchase and I’m just now finding out the return window is 15 days. Money down the drain.

    The majority of probable AC units arent going to work as well as a window unit. I have small room that this unit struggled to keep my room below 85 degrees when it was 90-100 degrees outside.

    Doesn't cool a room that's less than 250 sf Left it on for 12 hours and when I went back, the room still wasn't cool, and it was set at 64. It might have gone down to 75, from high 80's. Would not recommend

    Accumulates mold so quickly. I bought 2 of these for our rooms and all throughout the tubing and ventilation system there is black mold. Its completely impossible to clean out with nothing being able to easily come apart.

    I PURCHASED THIS 2021 IT WORKED GREAT! BUT IT DIDN'T LAST LONG IT WENT OUT ON ME IN 4 MONTHS I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO PUT A WARRANTY ON IT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER THE CORD HAD A SHORTAGE AND GAVE ME THE BIGGEST PROBLEM SO I HAD TO GET RID OF IT SO IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT GETTING THIS PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER GET A WARRANTY OR JUST DON'T PURCHASE IT AT ALL YOU WILL BE SAVING YOUR MONEY AND THE TIME

    Used and smells like mold

    When I got it there were a few things making it look like it had been sued, the window panels had something on them (I don’t know what but not from packaging) and there were some hairs inside the package. This concerned me. Sure enough after running and draining properly after only 2 days it started to smell musty, sour like vinegar. No seller should try to redistribute a used product. That’s illegal and very harmful in this case with something that distributes mold spores all over a persons house. I already have breathing issues from covid
