The drain was hooked up and still leaked all over the floor ruining it. This review will probably never be published but its a true review the unit is Junk and dangerous

I tried it now that we are in spring because the temperature is not so high and I really did not feel the sensation of cold, also the hose does not fit well, it is loose. the truth is a very bad electronic device

Died after a year.

Keeps giving me an E4 error code that doesn't seem to exist in the manual or is known to any of the support staff on their website. Lights will come on and temperature adjusts the numbers but the lid will not open and the machine will not cool. Waste of $300, will not buy from this brand again

Beat the heat
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Room used for is 14x20. The area where we live is a desert climate, top floor room. It gets the room cooler even when 110 outside. It is a bit loud, but no louder than our ac air handler unit which is indoors, or any of the fans we use to circulate air. I would recommend using for these situations. Great product. Read on for more info: I tested the unit venting through the window to see how it worked the first night. Within an hour i was satisfied. It is vented now through the wall with about 3 feet of hose being used, buy a a hose cover online size 5.9. The heat from the ventilation hose adds heat to your space. Im only giving 4 stars, if it was beyond perfect 5 would work, so all in all, dont procrastinate, buy it but definitely go by the size of your room when choosing the model. I dont think these work good in open spaces. If your a sleeper who doesn't like noise, dont buy it. The led panel can be shut off and the unit does cycle. Also all speeds on fan sound similar. We love it and are very satisfied with our purchase.

Does not cool room down

They do not get the rooms nearly as cool and they are signicantly less than the 250 sq ft promise they can cool down. Both of my rooms I use these for are under 200 sq ft and the room does not get more than few degrees cooler. would suggest a window unit or a different brand.

The room I’m trying to cool down is not even 200 sqft and you literally have to stand in front of the unit to feel the cool air. Not satisfied with how much I spent on it and 15 days to return an item is ridiculous. I bought this in April and didn’t need to use it until a few days ago and now I’m stuck with the piece of crap.

Smells terrible

Ive kept the filters clean and don't live in a humid environment, so it makes no sense. Waste of $300 bucks. Such a disappointment.
