Piece of crap and will not stay running unless on fan. Best way to waste money.

Broken on delivery didn't work once for us at all.

Unit cools one average-sized room more than adequately. It was very simple to set up, even for someone like me who is not very handy. This unit takes on a lot of condensation and adds a level of inconvienience which bothered me. Even with a large dishpan to collect the condensation, I had to empty it every 4-5 hours to avoid overflow onto the floor. Unit is better suited if you set it up at the window level, and send the codensation hose out the window. There should be a small hole in the plastic window piece in addition to the air duct that it has to do this. All in all though, I can't complain too much. It kept me comfortable for 5 days while I was waiting for the guy to come and fix my central unit.

The best purchase I have made in a really long time. It has more than paid for itself with our miserable summers. It cools our bedroom down to a nice temperature that this menopausal lady can handle. I like a cold room. I cant stand to be hot. This little baby punches out some cold air. I love it so much.

Purchased this item for my master bedroom. The room is 14x17 in size. Overall it does a great job at cooling the room pretty fast but it is a little loud even in low fan mode.

Needed something that was going to cool the front of my 28ft camping trailer down. Figured out how to make the exhaust hose fit in the window and it been going strong for over a month now set on 70 and running almost constantly. Im about to buy another one just as a spare while its on sale. * It does put off some heat and we’re plugged into a rv hookup so idk what kindof power usage its using up, but we couldn’t survive the southern summer without ac. Im glad itll be able to be used in multiple places in the future. Highly recommend.

Love this unit for portable air conditioner. I waited month before writing this to make sure it works the same as it did when opening the box. Unit blows cold air continuesly, circulates the air consistently. Actually going to buy exact same unit for another room in my house. Little loud if on highest speed. But nothing to offset a good nights sleep. Honest review here to help with your decision.

I just bought this unit yesterday, and it’s doing great. My room is above the garage, so it tends to get warmer than the rest of the house during the spring and summer. I wanted something more than a fan, and because of our windows, a window unit wouldn’t work. I decided to buy this on a whim, even though I heard single-hose models aren’t as good as dual-hose ones. Well, this thing blows very cold air when the compressor kicks in. I was impressed. It definitely cools my room down quickly and keeps it cold. The fan is no louder than a typical tower fan, but it’s definitely a little louder when the compressor turns on. It’s not unbearable, though. I’ll put up with the noise for the comfort. We’ll see how this does on a hot, humid summer day, but overall, I’m impressed.

I live in a multi level house and the upstairs bedrooms are hot in the summer. This unit works perfectly to keep our room nice and comfy all night. I usually run it for four hours at bedtime. It is not too noisy as it cycles in and off once it reaches set temperature. Usually I watch TV at 6 but need to turn it up to about level 13 when it’s running full blast, I’ll take the noise over the heat any day! Got it on sale for $269.00 great price seems to be very well built the built in swing lid is nice to keep things out of the unit when it’s not in use! Bought another for my mom’s house spare bedroom!:)

We were looking for a cooling air solution for our spare rooms. This works great, the unit is compact and it cools very well. We prefer using the settings on the unit vs the remote. Sometimes the remote did not initiate the setting we wanted. The tube is slightly cumbersome but all things considered, great product!

Does the job! Efficient and good size. Would definitely buy again.

Easy installation and it works very well. I have a good sized room that it keeps nice and cool.

Purchased because I have sliding windows, super easy to install yourself, staff was helpful picking it up and loading into my car. My room is medium sized and has remained cool since installing it, even through a high heat wave. If you have limited mobility, might need someone to help you with carrying it inside, but the wheels make it easy to move once out of the box and set up.

I love love love it. The unit cools down my room in minutes from 90 degrees. At first it seemed a little noisy but am totally use to it now. I sleep like a baby. I work from home and no one has complained about the noise it makes but they did when I was using a fan. I have recommended it to family and friends an would buy it a thousand times over.

It's a decent portable AC. It's not too heavy, and it has four wheels making it easier to move around in the house. It's not too loud, but it's very noticeable. Cooling power is strong and it's very good for the bedroom. I used it in my gaming room so I don't mind the noise it makes. It come with all the necessary stuff. Very good purchase.

I bought this one since my big ac went bad and needed a quick fix since summer started I was so pleased I went back and bought a higher btu unit insignia and have been happy with both haven’t had to drain either of them since I bought them!
