I was pleasantly surprised to find out it self evaporates, as i have had to drain my previous portable AC's and it gets annoying. this AC cools really well and stays on with no issues and it isn't too loud. Love!!!

Only thing I notice is when I turn it on it pulls some sewer smell inside my home. Might just be my town water but it only happens when I use this a/c

However, we’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with a sewer smell when the air conditioner is turned on. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. It could be related to a number of factors, and we recommend checking the following:
Air Filter: Ensure the air filter is clean. A dirty filter can sometimes cause unpleasant odors.
Drain Pan: Check if the drain pan is clean. Stagnant water can cause a foul smell.
Ventilation: Make sure the room is well-ventilated. If the air conditioner is pulling in air from outside, any smell outside could potentially be brought inside.

It cools the roughly 220 sq. ft room adequately and has helped keep me comfortable while working on clients this summer. I've had it just under two months, but so far so good.

At 85 outside it was 103 inside, I had to do something! My cat and I can’t sleep in the car all summer. Well, its been 12 hours. My cabin is 67 degrees. No more worrying about leaving my cat alone for an hour! Thank you insignia!

I live in apartment and I have this in my room with blackout curtains and keeps my room so much cooler. I got this portable ac 5 months into the pandemic. It hasn’t failed me yet. It even lets you know when the ac needs to be drained of water with the indicator [P1] on the unit screen.

It doesn't reach back to the bedrooms, which is where I personally need it the most. It keeps my bedroom cool and I can sleep peacefully. The only downside is that the LED lights are very bright but I bought a pack of blackout stickers and it's totally fine. Install took about 30 minutes.

Ordered this unit and received a box that had clearly already been opened. They refuse to offer open box pricing and now I have to go through the effort of retuning a 70lb package with no pick up options.

My bedroom is smaller than most and I was concerned that this wouldn’t be effective, but I was surprised!!! I would definitely recommend.

I’m a heavy sleeper and this thing is LOUD. Bought it too use in my home office. So loud that I end up yelling over the phone. Great in cooling the room though. Running in fan mode is quiet. AC mode is too loud. Disappointed ☹️
