It arrived without the connector from the unit to the window. When I called BestBuy, I was told that because I ordered a used model in excellent condition, I was not guaranteed to receive all of the correct parts.

Leaks, horrible service to get this fixed

The customer service I have received from Best Buy has been horrible. They only allow for returns within 15 days, which means I have to lug this very heavy, bulky appliance into my car and into a store to be fixed or replaced. Will not be purchasing from Best Buy anymore.

Easy set up doesn’t run well after a couple weeks

I not reliable this unit times out. All day if you do further research you will find people have issues with this unit after being used for a couple months. It’s blows very cool air then it times out have to reset and let sit and keep restarting.. Great product at point of purchase after 2weeks to 30 days no good ..

Waste of money

It was set for 70 degrees and wouldn’t kick on unless we turned it off, back on, and set it to follow me mode. Waste of money, we returned it in a week

super confused by all the positive reviews

I have to empty the water about every 30-45 minutes. And I live in a dry environment so I don't really know where the AC be getting all that moisture from but ok. I don't even wanna sell this thing on craigslist it's so bad so it's going to a landfill somewhere unfortunately and I'm going to take my chances sticking a regular AC in my horizontal window and hoping for the best. Seriously do not buy this. I have no idea why there are so many positive reviews but trust me you will regret this purchase.

Fishy Smell

I had it for only 2 months before the smell was unbearable, made my whole noise smell like a seafood market. Avoid at all cost
