We have had a great experience with the Insignia air conditioner. It is not to big or too small, it is the perfect size for our room. It also does a good job in keeping our room cold and fresh. It also comes with a remote to adjust or change the temperature or modes.

This Unit exceeded my expectations. Powerful cooling power and energy efficient. I loved the ease of set up and use. The only little thing that I guess was a dislike is it's just a little loud but, that's to be expected.

We are full-time RV'ers and the factory AC unit on top cannot compete with what this portable AC unit can do. The RV AC units cost $1500.00 and this was only $200.00. It rolls anywhere we want it and performs perfectly. It's quite and the setup was very easy. The only complaint we have is we should have bought two!

Neat, compact, and easy to operate. Its almost enough to cool the room that it is in but the Texas sun beating down on the west side of my house makes it hard. This is my 5th summer without a/c. I am a senior citizen so I move to another room most afternoons.

Installed the machine took about 15 minutes. Turn it on and it works like charm. Kinda loud at first and became quiet after it cool down the room. Great AC and great price

This air conditioner way exceeded our expectations. Our upstairs went from hot to too cold with this unit. Our only complaint, and it's minor, is it is a little noisy. But it never once woke me up. Great unit!

It's pretty noisy and the exhaust hose is ugly. Otherwise, it's great. It's easy to set up (though it's very heavy), it's easy to move (because of the wheels), the settings are intuitive, and it definitely blows cold air. If you don't think you'll mind a noisy compressor or a big hose going out to your window, you should be very happy with this unit. Also comes with a fan-only setting and even a dehumidifier option.

This AC works great and is quiet. The features work as advertised. Keeps my living room cold and the rest of my apartment cool.

Easy to install and super affordable! Kit comes with a lot of extra foam to fill those window gaps. Great for small bedrooms. Would not recommend for living rooms.

Nice little ac unit cools the room nicely. Using it in a un ac upstairs room. It is on the heavy side.

It gets the job done. Setup was pretty straightforward even for a klutz like me. Keeps our small bedroom ice cold and it cools it down fast. However, it is incredibly loud. So much so that my wife can't keep it on at night (which sorta defeats the purpose). That said, if you are looking for a cooling solution and don't care so much about the noise, this works well.

I give this product 5 stars because this portable air conditioner did exactly what I needed it to do. I found out on the hottest days of the year that my central air unit needed to be replaced. I was desperate for something to cool my house until I could get my air conditioner replaced. This portable unit did not disappoint. I would say from the moment I assemble this unit, cold air started blowing in. This unit is also easy to assemble. I had it connected in my window in 5 minutes. We used this portable air conditioner for 2 weeks. This unit had my room really comfortable and sometimes really cold. You can adjust it to your comfort level. I would definitely recommend this unit to everyone. I have recommended this unit to a lot of my family and friends.

Cools room well, it is a little louder than expected but does the job.

I absolutely love the AC it works better than I thought it would. We have been with out central air conditioning almost 2 months now and this portable unit saved us. It works great, easy to install,easy to use and switchs modes fast. My kids like the light up numbers on the top. They are easy to please. It has definitely done everything that it said. I even have to turn it up at night because it keeps the temperature on exactly what I set it for regardless of the temperature outside. I would not know what I would have done if I didn't get it recently.

This has worked well keeping our 3 season room/ porch with sunspace windows below 80F and not humid during the 95+F days in NC. It isn't very quiet but it is not extremely noisy. It is a condenser doing it's job.

These worked incredibly well and we got them super on sale. Unfortunately one of them sounded like a jet engine taking off and literally had to be lifted a few inches and dropped to stop the vibration noise that would come back over time. They are incredibly heavy and bringing them upstairs to both bedrooms was a chore to say the least. Honestly they were a great value minus the noise of one of the two we purchased, but after messing with window AC units for so many years we opted to return them for central AC. If we had a one story house we may have kept them but it was just going to be too much hauling them up stairs each spring and with the noise of the one unit we became concerned the other unit would eventually have the same issues

Works very well in my 2nd floor home office (approximately 150 sq ft), keeps it nice and cool and even cools down the adjacent hallway. Remote control is very handy and easy to operate, noise level is reasonable.

Very easy to install, setup and it cools a 300sqft room with ease, the house was built in the late 1960's and the room faces south and it gets a full day of sunshine. I find the unit a little loud for the size on the machine, I have had window units that were quieter, but completely satisfied so far, Aug. and Sept will be the hotter times so I hope it does a good job.
