Absolutely love this product! I was renting a room with bad AC flow & this saved us from the heat with a newborn.

So far I am liking this portable a/c. It is heavy but I'm so lucky to have hardwood floors cuz it makes it so convenient to move to the next room. And set up is easy.

I have two of these with different size for different rooms. It helps saving electricity cost when the room occupied is not the whole house. A little noisy at the beginning due to fan working hard but silent later on, fast on reaching the target temperature. Water tank is sufficient so you can install it even without water outlet. Though, the humidifier function will drops the temperature to colder setting, Hence, using a lot of power.

This air conditioner is exactly what we needed, it cools a room enough to get it to a temperature where we can sleep quickly and quieter than I expected. It is a bit heavier than expected but the wheels make it easy to maneuver where you need.

My daughter got a gaming computer and her room started to get hot. I was surprised at how much heat that computer produced. I didn't want to turn on the central air just for her room. This solved that problem. Her room is small and the window won't support a window air conditioner so I had to use this unit. It cools the room quickly and when you're at the temp you desire, it does a really good job of keeping it consistent at the temp set. Only real complaint is that it does take up quite a bit of space. I'll also save you some time, I did my shopping and compared prices for similar spec'd unit, and this was by far the cheapest. Don't know how durable it will be, but hopefully Best Buy will stand by it's own product if there is a problem.

The Insignia portable air conditioner was easy to install and did a good job cooling the 2nd floor bedroom and was less expensive than the same size brand name ones

The unit is a little noisey but it serves its purpose. No issuse so far.

I've had this air conditioner for a few weeks now. With this being my 1st portable AC unit I have to say the versatility it offers is a real pleasure. If it's smoking hot outside I can put the vent in the window and cool down the room. If it's cool and breezy out I can remove the the vent and let the fresh air in. With my old air conditioner once it was in the window that was it. Assembling the vent kit was fast and easy. I assembled the vent kit for my mom's portable ac unit (a different brand) and it was a nightmare. The only issue I have is it's pretty noisy. I thought I just had a bad unit so I exchanged it for another one but it's noisy to. But to be able to move it from room to room with ease and open the window for fresh air whenever I want is worth the trade off to me.

Having difficulty using the dehumidifier with the hose it comes with but everything else worked great. Helped in a pinch during the summer heat wave for a small 2 bedroom apartment when our A/C was out.

Works well to cool my bedroom. Continuous fan option is great for uninterrupted sleep. Easy to use, easy to set up.

It works, thermostat seems to be a little off and will turn ac off below the lowest setting but will still cool small rooms effectively. Can leave the fan running which is a plus. Cant speak for longevity. Installation is a breeze with a slide down window, can’t speak for a side sliding window

Very effective at cooling a medium sized room without taking up much space. Easy to set up. Reasonably priced. I would give it a 5 star rating except that it is somewhat loud even on the LOW setting.

Set up was easy with everything you need to install. Does a very good job cooling and I like that it has a remote. Noise level I would put at right in the middle, reasonably quiet. Unit is currently in my son's room and he loves it.

It was very easy to setup and gets the job done. A great buy!

I was looking for a device that could pair with my air conditioner. This is a good price for the money and worked great even in 90 degree weather, worth the price
