The title says it all. We have central air but kitchen gets hot when wife is baking. We put it in there and its been a hige relief against the heat from the oven. Comes with everything you need in the box to install literally takes 5 minutes to get jt up and running!

I bought 2 of the Insignia 250 Sq Ft. Portable Air conditioners to put in the grandkid's rooms so I didn't have to cool the entire house. They work wonderfully. The air conditioner comes with a remote control with all the standard functions; Turn off, turn on, set a sleep timer, set the temperature, etc. I had the big brother (350 Sq Ft.) but after removing the accumulated water, it wouldn't get cold again, so I decided to try the smaller version which has been fantastic. I highly recommend this A/C.

We were looking for portable/stand alone air conditioners for our bedrooms (3) and stumbled upon these from Insignia/Best Buy - and we havent been dissapointed! These units cool our 250sq. ft bedrooms quickly and with easy. Set up w a breeze and these babies pump out cold air! You wont be sorry!!!

I bought this to use in my camper because the unit that came with failed and is very costly to fix. luckily the venting that needed to be done worked with my model of camper. so far its done what i need ,get me through the hottest months of camping.

Purchased this for the wife’s crafts room, with all her machines and being on the top floor it gets pretty warm in that Room. Room temp middle of day and her machines running is 90+, with this 74. Room size 16x23

It is a little larger than I thought it would be but overall it is a solid product. Easy to set up and the tube goes into the window easily. I wish the low fan speed was a little lower and quieter. Very cool once it gets going.

This unit cooled my son’s bedroom from 85 degrees to 76 degrees in 30 mins. More efficient than running the whole house AC as his room is the hottest room in the house. Very easy set up. Very easy to use.

This item works great. I would recommend for a small living room or large bedroom.

I had an LG portable 7000btu that failed after just one summer, mild use. The reason we got that one was it was supposed to be quiet 51dB. Such balony from LG as expected. This one is quieter although you won’t find a dB info. The unit shuts its fan off along with the compressor which is fantastic as that means 0 dBs! Cooling is great, no issues. Very happy with the product so far. Got a 4 year warranty just in case.

Perfect size for the room intended. Cools efficiently and doesn't take up that much space

Love the unit a d comes in handy. Looks like non of the portable units are super quiet for a light sleeper. It cant be too close to your bed while you are sleeping but otherwise it does the job well to keep the room cool.

I owned 5 portable air conditioner in my lifetime. I owned 3 Amanda's. This air conditioners is way better than that brand. It is easier to set up. Keeps my daughter cooler that she sleep as soon as she goes to bed. When you turn it on the lid opens up and closes down when shut off. This is one of the best that I have ordered and the price was just right. The quality is excellent. My daughter is very happy and I am very much satisfied with this purchase. I do recommend you to buy it especially at this affordable cost.

Works great, only issue I had when I opened the box & it being a used product is that the drain plug was cracked off & I bought the warranty so if it ever causes an issue I claim it, but other than that, it runs & works perfectly.

Highly recommend! I bought one in spring 2022 and still works great in 2025. That’s 4 summers and it’s still going strong! So I bought another one this summer for the other room.

This AC did a great job cooling down our bedroom on an old, top floor building. Would absolutely recommend for smaller spaces. Powerful and noise is not at all bothersome.

This air conditioner is perfect for my medium sized room, it would always be extremely hot in my room due to electronics and the AC not reaching my room that well but this makes it freezing cold which I love. I highly recommend this.

It does the job my room is pretty small takes a while for it too cool it’s kinda loud

Works great and helps me sleep at night. Come in handy when our house AC went out.
