This portable a/c is amazing! I’ve been having trouble with my home unit and this has been a life saver at keeping my room cold. Ive left it on all day and night with no problems. I’ve even used it in my living room and it cools the space down a lot. Living in the south, this would definitely come in handy during hurricane season (with a generator of course) but it’s definitely good enough for everyday used if you don’t want a giant window unit.

Purchased an open box item that said it was in “excellent” condition. Came like it was brand new and very pleased. The AC unit is awesome and really cools the entire space down. Highly recommended.

Received this a couple of days after Seattle had over 100 degree heat. It arrived just fine and set up was a breeze. Still reading and getting to know all I need about this unit, but it works perfectly and keeps my bedroom nice and cool. One thing we’ve been doing is that you must drain and clean the filter once each week or more often if need be. We’ve been doing this on both our portable a/c’s. So far once a week ifs sufficient.

Really great A/C i have a medium size bedroom and it cools it really well. I especially love the automatic feature as it shuts off and on as needed. It isn't the most quiet of A/C's, but to be honest i dont even notice the sound anymore. Overall i think it's an amazing A/C and it delivered.

This air conditioner has been a lifesaver! My room was registering in the 80s - even with AC running through my home. This portable unit was able to cool down my room to a comfortable temperature. It is a little loud, but it's more like white noise at this point.

I picked this up from Harrisonburg Best Buy on a whim close to close. Everyone was super helpful and even helped load it. It works great and was a good price. I love best buy and my membership benefits!

Good for the price, easy to install, it has different functionality but it is loud even when it is on low.

It works great. Open box purchase came with a broken part that was not essential, but nothing should have been broken as it was supposed to be a certified open box purchase. At least it still works

Suprisingly great AC unit - insanely heavy to get from the car to your house, but once out of the box it's on wheels. Pretty easy to set up and attach to window.

Bought two units , one for each floor in the house. Easy to assemble and install. Keeping the house very cool, so far so good. Love the variety of settings , especially the remote! Looked at other units but kept coming back to this brand - glad I did!! Curbside pickup made it a very easy process.

This is an excellent air conditioner at a very affordable price. It is very economical as well. I love it! The only downside is frequently having to drain the air conditioner when using the dehumidify setting. Highly recommend

Works pretty well in my room, only thing i somewhat dislike is it will automatically kick in to a lower cool setting i believe when the room reaches the temp you have set too, not to big of a deal but i wish there was a constant high setting.

We bought this to help out our central AC in July/August. Really helped cool our living room which always got the hottest. Looking to buy a couple more. Just beware that it’s kind of on the heavy side.

This air conditioner is perfect for someone like me who struggles to sleep during the summer because of the heat. The pros and cons are listed below. Pros: -quickly cools the room -powerful fan and compressor system -automatic temperature control for both the temperature reading on the unit and the remote -simple design Cons: -Fairly loud (about 1.5 to 2x my previous tower fan) -has to be installed in a window (although this is the case almost across the board)

It really works. This was a great gift. I love how it cooled off my entire apartment, not just one area, my bedroom. There is a difference in the entire apartment with the air conditioner on and the bedroom door being closed.

Though I have only used the Insignia Portable AC maybe 5 times, it seems to be well worth the investment. The unit seemed to be able to cool a fairly large area (the space is probably about 300 sq ft), it has many great features such as an opportunity to program it to work during specified times, it can also be used as a humidifier - it seems to allow adjustment to 74°, so I'm wondering if it can be used as a heater as well, it was easy to assemble - the assembly was intuitive (admittedly, I watched a YouTube video to confirm my steps were correct), and the unit is fairly attractive - blends well into the space. The only drawbacks are the weather-stripping is of poor quality - so I recommend purchasing an additional supply to use and I would recommend purchasing/using small screws to lock the window attachment/slats in place - the provided rivets are plastic and not enough were provided. If the unit works for at least 10 seasons, I'd be very satisfied.

I have one in the living room so I got this one for my room. Love it! It cools the room in very little time and it's no louder than a window air conditioner. Very easy to install.

This thing works great. It cooled our studio up nicely.

We absolutely loved it! Our room (Master Bedroom) rapidly got cold in 100 degree weather, so I would definitely recommend. Kept us fresh all night as well as mid-day. Sweatshirt and socks were being worn.
