This year I decided to get a small AC unit for my bedroom. While this unit is a bit larger than I had hoped (I wasn't able to find specific dimensions in the description.), it is not as large as some portable units. It is easy to set up and cools a small space well enough. It is quieter than many AC units but it is not what I would consider "quiet". The fan in particular is fairly quiet, but it's quite noticeable when the compressor kicks in. While portable units are less efficient than window AC units, I tend to prefer these because it allows me to easily remove the panel to open the window on cooler days OR leave the panel in and still open the (double hung) window from the top. Plus I was having mold issues on the inside the last window unit I had with no way to open the case and clean the inside. One note for this unit and my window: There are a few different panels sections to use together to fit windows of different sizes. It just so happens that my window (36" wide) was too wide for the smaller panels and too small for the largest panels. This necessitated cutting down one of the panels with a hacksaw. (easy enough to do)

Unit works decent well, if you change any setting on the unit face itself the remote screen does not also update. Unit is very good at cooling down a room very quickly.

This is my first portable ac, I Bought this for our bedroom during the summer heat. Setting up was easy I was able to assemble it myself (30 y Female) the AC cools down the bedroom very quickly, my 3 month old will not sleep if he is hot so this was a life saver!

I luv it!! Keepes my bedroom nice cool and fresh,when im out in the living room i leave my bedroom door open with my insignia portable airconditioner on so i can feel the cool air because at times livingroom warm,luv!luv!luv it.

I bought this for my home office, which is a small room and this keeps it so cool that I don't feel the affects of this hot weather at all anymore. Also, when I am not working I open my office door and the cool air cools of the whole area around that room. I love it and recommend it. It is a bit noisy but I already got used to it, not a problem at all although I am on zoom meetings all day.

How could I go wrong with this AC? The remote control makes it so easy to use; plus the onboard controls as well. It is very easy to install and I am working on year 2. I also use it as a fan when I just need outside air and I do not have to worry about the window being open,

Works great! Have had it a couple weeks now and It’s cooled our apartment office extremely well! I drain it every couple days. Only thing is that our electric bill shot up but that’s to be expected.

Beats all other on the market! Has multiple modes. And cools to near freezing! Using as a supplemental unit in beroom. But did work well even in 90 plus weather when AC went out and had to wait for new unit to be isntalled on house.

Price was on point, we use it in the upstairs portion of our home and it actually works well to cool off the entire floor. Not gonna get an Arctic blast but definitely brings the temp to a very cool comfort especially on the really hot days. I was surprised at the noise level of it as well. Usually the less pricier ones tend to be a little more noisy but this is pretty close to a tower fan on hi.

Bought the AC for my son's room based on size, portability, ease of use, customer review but most importantly it could support a 60" sliding window. It was easy to put together and provided sufficient hardware to keep the air duct in place and sealed the window opening. The only negative is that it can get pretty noisy. If less noisy, I would have giving it a 5 star. Very happy with the delivery and timeliness.

first one received was damaged but customer service was great and a replacements was received in a couple of days. Well worth the wait this is a hot summer and has helped us so far to cool a large master bedroom. I would give 5 stars but a bit noisy on high otherwise so far it works as promised. I am one happy camper.

Overall very happy with purchase. Keeps larger bedroom very cool. Only issue I had was with panel that fits into window for exhaust would not stay tight in window & wanted to pull backwards due to weight of hose/exhaust. This was fixed easily with a small curtain tension rod from side to side of window. Very easy installation too.

I love this air conditioner. It is much more quiet than the previous one we had. It definitely makes our bedroom much cooler. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a portable air conditioner for their bedroom.

Good air conditioner, cold air and works well. It’s a bit noisy but that’s a given with portable ac units. I purchased an open box and it was not packaged well at all. I understand it’s a heavy item but it was nearly falling out of the bottom of the box by the time it arrived. My only complaint about the unit is the window adapter doesn’t fit in my window, it’s too long.

One year later and still blows cold! Make sure to drain it sometimes and before storing, leave it on the fan setting to get rid of any residual moisture. Only con is the air pressure from it being a single hose unit.

Works great in my small bedroom. Haven’t tried it in a larger room yet. One minor downside is the noise. As a light sleeper, I’m not a huge fan of the auto mode. The fan starts off low then unexpectedly gets loud, and then LOUDER. Once I figured out how to change the fan speed, it was a much better experience. Very easy to set up.

Not sure why people are complaining about portable a/c's but it does the job! Entire room gets cold in 25mins and the setup was not difficult. Took a week to get rid of that new a/c smell but afterwards and cools nicely. I wish the tubing from the unit to the window was longer. The price could've been cheaper. I paid $300 for this vs paying $100-200 for a window unit a/c.

We purchased this unit to cool a single car garage where we kennel our dogs while at work. It works better than expected and will kick on and off through the day as it reaches the set temp, saving us a little on electricity. Definitely recommend for the price.

Great item, my girlfriend loves it. It’s amazing how well it cools off her bedroom totally recommend this size for bedroom is small. It’s only 10 x 12 but it keeps it super cold that she loves so she can sleep well totally recommend it.

Love it gets cold can move it to any of your rooms in home or living room east installed
