Amazing AC unit! Easy to install and very cool. Fast cooling temps and covers a room easily. Easy to understand controls and comes with a remote. Recommended this unit.

These work very well! They went on sale a few days after I purchased them but a quick phone call and my account was credited the difference. They arrived sooner then expected. The boxes they came in were badly damaged and didnt have bottoms. The deliverer had to help me get them in the house. One air conditioner has a deep scratch.

Works great! Got this for the kids' bedroom. Works great. I didn't realize it had a valve to close and the first couple of nights, we ruined our carpet but that was my own fault for not checking. The product is great!

This portable AC unit works great for bedrooms and medium sized family rooms. Its quiet enough for me and does a great job keeping the air cool. the duct work and supplied panels make installation a breeze.

Value for money. The product was delivered on time and had a great dent-free packaging. Was very easy to install and it cooled a 250 sq ft room within less than 1 hour. Would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to buy an AC at a moderate price.

The portable AC unit was very easy to install and vent to the small window in the bedroom. In addition, it works great and keeps the room nice and cool.

I'm really happy with this A/C. Blows cold air and never had any issues. Definitely quieter than most units. Remote was easy to use and responsive. Unit has modern design that doesn't clash with your furniture. Installation was easy and I recommend sealing the window vent with thermal tape. Highly recommended for bedrooms.

Did a fairly good job of cooling our space that we needed. It was used in a small gym area.

Great product just right size for my room home ac went out this was perfect and I live on Texas in summer it gets real hot , at night I had to turn this unit up at night , great product

After re-arranging our bedroom, we didn't have easy access for our window unit. This Insignia portable air conditioner really fit the bill. It cools excellent and it's not to loud. although we like the background noise. Good unit at a good price.

I just bought this portable AC two months ago. I paid $315 all in with taxes using a $10 coupon. I was ready for the summer and was going to is this for my attic which I recently turned into an extra bedroom. Pros: It’s compact. It’s size is perfect for attics with small windows. It’s fairly quiet. You can shut off the LED lights at night because they are very PV right. Cons: Struggles to cool a 100sq ft attic space down to below 74 degrees during the hot and humid 90 degree days in NYC. It recently started leaking condensation which means the condensation pump has failed. Now I have to keep it on a pedestal to drain water into a large bowl which is a challenge because of the ceiling height because it is the attic. The bowl fills up quiet quickly so you now I can’t leave the AC on before going to bed. It just can’t stay on all night. It will literally fill the large bowl to the top within just a coup of hours. It’s already damaged my hardwood floors and now I have large leak spots on my ceiling on the lower level. It will cost more than the price of the AC to get the problem fixed. For this reason I give it two stars. Given the chance to do it all over again I would have spent the extra $300 and gotten a 14,000 BTU LG or Black and Decker which I’ve had for two years now in my other two bedrooms that keep the rooms ice cold and work like a charm and don’t require draining systems because they have reliable condensation pumps. For the electricity you are already consuming anyways, your not saving much more money with anything less powerful than a 14,000 btu portable AC regardless of the size of the room. Anything less won’t cool any size room. It will just struggle and consume energy anyways. I hope you can avoid my mistake. Stay away from the cute ones that promise to cool. They can’t cool a closet and they will break down and you can return them. Go for the large ones. It’s just a couple of hundred more, they will cool your room and they will last much longer and will only raise your monthly electricity bill by a few dollars over these small portable A/Cs.

Very good ac unit. Blows cold even on low. If you live in a high humidity area you will have to drain unit occasionally. I’ve been using mine in the SF Bay Area for over a week in 90+ temps and haven’t had to drain unit. Set up took 5 minutes. Great AC for the price, works as well as my more expensive Lg

It's a bit oversized for our bedroom (just barely), and with doors closed, it can't quite get down to 68F when I have tried, but 70F is attainable when I have set it those two degrees higher. Obviously, there are variables. I have an older home, and the walls need some insulation, so if your home is buttoned up a bit better than mine, you might not have the issue I had with it getting down to 68F, which I know is low, but I wanted to see if I could hit it. I hope this helps! I will add it is a bit on the loud side.

We got this on the deal of that day as an impulse buy. The addition to the house never got cool enough. I was concerned that the vent kit wouldn’t fit our sliding window. The kit was more than sufficient. The AC is a tad loud but not an overall concern. It does it’s job well. I wish would had gotten this sooner!

Needed something in a pinch and inexpensive. This portable air conditioner did the job. Great for a bedroom I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive unit

Good value! I use it to cool down a small room, about 200sf, works well. Timer function works well, you can set it to turn on or off.
