Great unit cools down alot more than what we expected!

This a/c worked great for a college dorm. Easy to insatll and cooled the room well. Only issue is that the vent connection tends to fall out of the window. Something to secure it well would be helpful.

Item is awesome. I bought open box and it was like new. Totally recommend

I came a little damaged and you can tell the damage wasn't caused by the delivery because the package was intact... the AC unit itself is great. I not too happy that i received a damaged item but i kept it because i really needed to cool down my place and didn't want to wait for a replacement.

Works like a dream, we have a small bedroom that gets hot at night and it cools the room down quickly and keeps the room at a consistent temp and it isn’t loud so I can sleep comfortably all night long!

Love this insignia air conditioner it was easy and simple to put together,I can’t believe it. It came with the a hose to drain the water the foam to block the air from escaping ,and it’s quiet the pieces just snapped together not like a few other air conditioners I’ve had.

Compact unit that does a good job cooling. It is loud if that’s a concern. That doesn’t bother me, it’s become white noise. It’s also not expensive to operate I haven’t noticed a jump in my electric bill.

This A/C is being used in my son's room which doesn't get enough cool air from the central A/C. It's great, easy to install and keeps the room at a nice cool 72 degrees. Also very practical because during the winter, it can be removed and the window closed to keep the room warm.

Cools the room well and dehumidifies it. It is a bit loud when it automatically kicks on. The remote doesn’t sync well with the unit. It was easy to set up and install.

This air conditioner does just what i wanted it to do. It cools down my room. It was easy to install and it’s easy to use AND ut makes my 300 squre foot office livable this hot summer.

I bought this on sale as it was my last resort for an ac in my apartment with very wide windows. It works great and keeps my room nice and cool. It's not very noisy and I like that it has a remote and sleep setting.

I bought this on sale for $199 to help an aging central AC keep up during really hot days. It essentially adds a half ton of cooling to what I already have. While I need to get my central unit replaced this will help out while I get quotes and the work scheduled. Plus it’s a good backup just in case. Installed it and had it running within 10 minutes of getting it home.

Great a/c unit. I live in Boston and of course stay in a unit with no air conditioning so its boiling in there. It was such a relief to have this. It was relatively affordable compared to similar products I saw online. Only thing I can't figure out is the heat setting which is why I gave it a 4.

Works as intended, just have to keep in mind the space youll be cooling,cant be too big and no drafts,keep a bucket around for drainage,will be draining alot

The Insignia 250 SF AC unit works well in my bedroom (approx. 200 SF). The controls are easy-to-use, and the I like how the vents are on the top of the unit vs. the front. It cools my bedroom down to the mid-60s. I placed the unit farther from the window opening than the length of the exhaust vent given in the box. So I purchased an additional 6 ft of exhaust vent to combine with the one in the box. Note: the included exhaust vent has a "Counter-Clockwise" pattern, so purchase any additional exhaust vents with a "C-C" pattern. I also connected them together with an exhaust hose connector (you can purchase ones that accept both 'counter and counter-clockwise' patterns to fit). Overall, will be a great addition to my bedroom, especially during the hot summer nights.

Super easy to move around, and it cools fantastic. I use this in my garage when working on vehicles, in my shop when working, and virtually anywhere I need it. We even up a Gazebo tent for a big family BBQ and people enjoyed the comfort while watching kids and having yard games.

This unit keeps our bedroom nice and cool. There are 2 filters that you need to clean regularly during heavy use. We really enjoy this unit so we bought another one.
