At first I was worried if it was going to be good or not but it turn out to be really good. Upon arrival the box Look like it fell out the truck but the unit wasn’t damaged. Really good for the price I paid for.

Great unit

Nice AC, curbside with caution

I used the curbside pick up method. After unloading, carrying into the house and unpacking we noticed a hole punch into the side of the box and crack in the side of the unit. We set it up hoping it was just cosmetic and would still work, which thankfully it did. It was too heavy for me to pack up and carry back for the cosmetic damage. I would just caution anyone using curbside to check boxes before you get it out of the car.

Sound meter on my wife's iPhone is 70 dB and on my S21 Ultra it's 72 dB and max of 74 about 5 feet away from the unit. It's about 60 dB about 20 feet away. According to Google, that's about the sound of traffic or a vacuum. Luckily, it runs at that high noise level for about 5-7 minutes before going into a passive fan only mode with no active AC for like 5-7 minutes. Long story short, it works, it's loud, and for me in my office it works great enough to keep. However next summer, I'm probably moving my office to the basement. And we'll repurpose the upstairs office into a movie room or something. No idea at this time.

Kept my room nice and cool and comfortable. I could sleep like a baby and not wake a million time sticking to my bed sheets. And doesn’t produce a lot of water so you don’t have to empty all the time. Great product.
