The A/C works in a small room. The portable AC units are not as effective as the window units. If you buy this unit, please buy the "Portable AC Hose Insulation Sleeve, Air Conditioner Hose Cover Wrap" to stop the hot air from returning back into the room.

It does cool down a room wonderfully, but i did not anticipate how much water it would accumulate. I have to empty the condensation several times a day.

Great air purifier! I love the adjustable fan (1-4) setting, never had to go higher than 2. Each level gets a little louder but never had a reason to leave it on a high setting. It does wheels to make it easier to move around if you need to because it's a bit heavy. Also, before you buy this make sure it covers the square footage you're wanting to purify. I did buy two of these one for downstairs and one for upstairs.

This thing would get five stars, six stars, Seven Stars if only it didn't get everything wet from the great job it does in sucking all the water out of the air. It gets everything so nice and cool throughout the entire house! I really do love this thing a lot! I just hate all the water that it creates...

I love this AC and it’s perfect for what we need it for! It will drain some water so we just put a shoe mat tray under it to protect the floors. Theirs a plug in the back that we will unplug and drain to prevent it leaking without us knowing. Highly recommend for the price!

Works well and easily cools my room. Easy to setup.

Very easy setup and works really well to cool and dehumidify a room. I love that when turned off the unit 'closes' so the heat and humidity doesn't come in through vent. I will even turn on "dry" function with my room door open and it dries out entire apartment. You do need to watch the tubing to make sure it doesn't detach, as well as your bucket for water, it will fill up on a humid day within 12-20 hours.

Have had this for a few months now. It does great on keeping the room nice and cold. I like the moving airflow vent to help circulate the air and not have it blow in one place constantly. It also does a great job at regulating its temp and shutting off when room is cold enough. Now to the negative. It is so incredibly loud, i know they are not going to be quiet we have another much larger one and it is loud too, but this one is almost unberable. It has a loud squeeky screetchy noise everytime the coolant system runs. If it is just the fan it is not near as bad, but once the cooling kicks on it squeeks so loud. Its really frustrating.

This purchase was a life saver and it was a great price. Easy to set up

We just got the AC and it’s a decent unit. Couple things to note: -the hose is fairly short from our window to the actual unit, not a ton of wiggle room. -it’s fairly noisy, but once you get used to it, it’s just white noise -it keeps shutting itself off for a minute, then coming back on, which wakes us up in the middle of the night
