I enjoy my portable AC! It is an easy set up and cools quickly. In fact, I have purchased two.

Fantastic air conditioner. To me it’s much better than the in-window unit!

Bought it for a dog house, but have only tried it in our bedroom so far. It cools OK, but i was expecting a little more. It will be adequate for what we bought it for, but I don't think it would keep up in a medium sized room that didn't already have A/C.

Great product! I used this item in my daughter's room. The cost is the same as any other unit cooling off 250-300 sq. Ft room.

Puts out a lot of air and definitely cools the room, but is pretty loud when running.

cools down the room its in so fast as well as spreading out to the hallway and somewhat cool the next room! Just wish the tape for window was easier lol gets really sticky

Works well for what we need it for. The back section of our house doesn't get enough air, this does a good job of lowering the temp in that part of the house. Not room to room, but at least in the room it's in and the hallway when the door is left open. Easy enough to use but the dehumidifier function confuses me. It says not to use the exhaust hose but that makes it blow hot air into the room. Good product either way!

We live in a small condo that has a water chiller system that doesn't always cool properly. So this is a great back up system on those hot nights and it does not hang outside the window, where the HOA gets upset!!!! We did have to adjust the cat tree a little higher and added a new ledge for the Queen to look out the window. We got it on sale on the Deal of the Day along with a 4 year warranty. Noise wise it's just OK but pretty tolerable for the price....

Really loud. Every time I have the Microsoft meeting, I have to turn off the AC because everyone can't hear what I talk about. Water accumulated quickly. A 14-day return window is really short compared to the marketplace. Make me worry about if a problem occurs on the 15th days…I do not have enough time to get familiar with the rest of the function, like electricity usage etc. Due to the short return window, I do not feel at ease using this AC. Need to return it before the return expires.

My central air unit bit the dust and I am not able to replace it at this time. I am very pleased with my Insignia 250 square foot portable air conditioner. I found it easy to set up the venting through a window. And I am amazed at how much humidity it removes from my indoor air. It actually cools my living room, kitchen and dining areas which total 440 square feet. It’s a life-saver in this hot, humid Florida climate. I am also pleased with the great sale price I received.

Good AC for the price. It’s pretty light to move around and and it cools one small/mid room.
