At least it works better than the best buy employees who were of zero help. And how about stocking your items on the floor. If I want to see the item on a phone, I could've looked at it at home.

Issue with AC

It's very heavy and difficult to move over to the shower to try and dump the water. If it had a little hose or something to pour the water out instead of having to move it upside down, it would be easier. One of the wheels also has fallen about a month into having the device. It's been a hassle trying to have this knowing we need to dump water out.

You can buy a 3/4 inch hose at nearby hardware store and refer to the user manual on page 25 to assembly the hose.

This helps my sons room which faces the morning and early afternoon sun. The 90-100+ degree weather can be brutal. This definitely helps out immensely.

I need my bedroom very cool for my asthma and it has really helped me this summer. The humidity does seem a little higher to me at times but I needed the coolness and that is what matters.
