This unit works very well for our bedroom area. It's much more quiet than our previous window unit so that makes it nice. The LED screen can be turned off also. Love the option of not using the dehumidifier or not. For the install, it has a learning curve but after some trials & tribulations, we got it securely installed. My only issue with the product is there is nothing to cover the opening out the window or to protect it from rain entering it. Luckily we came up with a way to make sure nothing could get into hose & further into the unit. I feel it is a good value after looking at other unknown brands & their prices.

Its is not an eye sore...it blends into the background and is quiet and efficient. Would recommend.

It does what’s its meant for, only downside is it is a bit loud. Other than that u highly recommend. Very easy set up.
