Problems after a while of use

When this happens i have to turn it of reset it then turn it on again so its been a bit of a hassle

Upon unpacking this device I found it dirty all around including the loose pieces that come with it. I cleaned them and thought this was peculiar. I then found a random screw at the bottom of the box which led me to believe that my device had a missing screw and that it might have been taken apart. I began closely inspecting the A/C unit and placed it on its side to check if I could find where that random screw belonged. I found that at the bottom there was a small crack and I found on the side of the unit a lot of scratching where they tried to screw back in a screw. This was confirmation that I did not receive a brand new device but a returned item that was “fixed” and sold as new. I understand that these are trying times but it is really unethical and unfair to do this to your loyal customers and thinking you can get away with it. If this is Best Buy’s way of fixing up faulty and returned items and then reselling them as new in order to make up for lost sales then I strongly suggest you wait until this all clears up so that you may save yourself from ending up with a faulty device.
