This item was and still is a great purchase. My apartment is small and it has kept the whole area cool it's features are great it has a fan and timed settings if you need them. Can move to any room easily

Blows very cold and takes a long time to get full. Could leave it on for days without having to drain it. Easily kept my bedroom nice and cool when our A/C broke.

Purchased this in Open Box - Excellent Condition. Took a week longer than expected to arrive. When it did, it was repackaged and appeared new but as soon as I plugged it in it displayed Error Code P1. A quick google search says P1 means the water tank for the dehumidifier is full and to drain it from the bottom cap. I wouldn't expect an Open Box - Excellent Condition A/C to have ANY issues out of the box, since the description of this condition says "like new, inspected and functions as new, all parts included". Obviously it wasn't tested, it wasn't even plugged in because if it had been the inspector would have seen exactly what I did. I attempted to drain the A/C but there was nothing in it. The bottom drain cap was already out, so I assume the previous owner tried the same thing and returned it. I'm completely out of luck because the return period is now over. I bought this in advance and had it delivered to a vacation home a month ago and it's been boxed in the garage until I just opened it and discovered I did not get what I paid for, I can't return it and now I'm out $100 for a lawn ornament. Can't throw it away because it has freon. Maybe I can sell it on FB Marketplace for $50 and at least it won't go back into circulation being returned and sold to another unsuspecting buyer. Really disappointed because I bought 2 of these at the same time, 1 was fine, 1 is not. I'll reconsider ANY Best Buy Open Box purchase moving forward because it's obvious things aren't being inspected properly.

Easy to install, works well and is fairly quiet. The setting are great. Perfect for a bedroom

Got this for my nephews room and it works like a charm, cools the room very well.

I ordered this for my son because it was hot as hell within the hour we definitely noticed a difference in the air after a few more hours the room was cool definitely would recommend

Pretty, pretty good unit... i did have to do a lot of customization to ensure we weren't losing air outside and added additional insulation to hold in the cold.

This is a great little cooler. It cools off very quickly and the Integrated temperature control helps a ton.

I bought this as a deal of the day. I live in Phoenix and boy does it get hot in the summer. This little unit worked great, I used it in the living room and had no issues with it.

Seems to do the job in a smaller room. That being said, it is rather large so be sure you have available space for it in your small room. My room is 15×10
