    This charger works great, I just purchased two. I already had one and kept having to move it from room to room, now I have one where I need it be for my charging needs.

    I always take care of all my electronics and accessories. As an IT Manager I practice what I preach. This product was no different. It was kept in a hard zipper case and used for when I went put and about. Not used everyday. There are only two devices that I used it with: My Galaxy S22 Ultra and My Galaxy Buds 2. I purchased it about 5 months ago and in the beginning worked perfectly. About a month ago it was getting to where it took twice as long to charge. I would try different outlets but results seemingly were the same. After trying another charger that was the same specs it charged my stuff right up. I will be lucky to get a 2 hour charge at 30% on my phone with this now. Sometimes it seems like it discharges faster than it charges. I wouldn't recommend this as i was told to just buy another from the staff as it is too small of an item to be covered under Total Tech Plan that I have. Without the original receipt it is useless to even try to go through Insignia Support to get it replaced. Chat support was not very helpful or useful with this either.
