Bought at discounted price, amazing sound and quality. Comparable to many other good quality speakers but at cheaper price. Good buy!

For the price these things are impressively loud. The clarity isnt anything audiophile grade, but they are bluetooth capable and convenient. I acutally am currently using them as computer speakers and they are far better than the logitech ones i used prior.

Love these speakers. I don't consider myself an audiophile by any means but l do know quality speakers when I hear them and I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I have them in my living room connected to my 40 inch Sony Bravia tv via a Fosi P1 tube preamp and it sounds like a match made in heaven. These speakers are well worth the price.

These speakers exceeded my needs and expectations! I just wanted a pair of bookshelf speakers that were self powered to connect my Chromecast audio to. Saw these and took them home. Didn't notice they also had Bluetooth, paired and played, they sound good. Better than I thought they would! Has a USB port for powering the Chromecast too and it has an out for a subwoofer! Very pleased

These speakers played very nice and with good bass. I liked that it had a lot of different features and works with multiple media.

I bought these to hook up to an Amazon Echo Dot in my shop. They work great with this and have good enough sound for the shop. Not really a primary speaker for the house but great for the shop. I've had no problems and I would recommend them for hooking up to an Echo Dot.

I got these speakers for my desktop computer. I will say I do not regret it. Good speakers. I also like how I can use my subwoofer with them also. Would buy. I don't need or want the remote so I can't review that.

Great set of speakers, have them in the living room for TV and Vinyl

I was initially very pleased with these speakers. For the price, I thought the sound quality was decent, and they were a good stop-gap on the way to a more complete audio setup. I was, however, extremely unhappy when they promptly started providing a lot of distortion. I thought at first it was that particular record, but confirmed it with several others. The sound quality had dropped and made it sound like everything was underwater. Furthermore, I could no long increase the volume more than about half-way. I never abused these speakers or played anything too loud, my guess is they had some inherent defect. What's even more depressing is that I'm boned, no returns or exchanges past 15 (or 45 days if you're a premium member or whatever). I guess I know why these things are now 60% off. Very displeased with the Best Buy branded product here, will not be buying any more insignia speakers.

Great bookshelf speakers. I find that they’re mostly useful as computer speakers or for your bedroom.

Good deal if it's on sale. Sound quality is pretty good for the price. Bass ports are in the back, so you need to place them a little away from a wall. The remote and bluetooth connection can both be tricky to setup and use. Connectivity on the back is good.

Just a heads up. The two wired inputs and the bluetooth input can only be used one at a time. So if you want to input your amp modeler and play along with Youtube videos, you won't be able to do it. Deal breaker for me and had to return.

I received these Insignia Bluetooth bookshelf speakers as a Christmas gift. While I was thoroughly impressed with their sound quality initially, the speakers began to fail within two months. When using the RCA input, the sound in the right channel fades in and out. The green indicator light on the speaker also fades in and out in sync with the sound, indicating a failure of the circuitry. To compound the problem, my local Best Buy store offered no assistance. The sales agent told me - and this is a direct quote - “Insignia is not a very good brand. I know it’s Best Buys’ hose brand but it’s not very reliable.” He said there was nothing store could do to rectify the situation even though I still have the gift receipt. I’ve owned all types of audio equipment over the years but I’ve never experienced such a sudden failure. No wonder the big box stores are struggling: cheap products and nonexistent customer service. This experience has convinced me to avoid Best Buy at all costs in the future.
