Purchased this in February, it is June and it is broken (compressor) and not repairable for some reason -- you'd think if you created a house brand line of appliances there would be some method to servicing said appliances, but then again it might be cheaper for BB on the aggregate to just replace since they were so cheap to begin with. Thank goodness for TotalTech, got an instant refund via store credit at least.

We received a replacement, but we had to jump through so many hoops to do so, I considered cancelling the order entirely. We will not buy from Best Buy appliances again.

Beautiful made but horrible electrical design
