I charged it again which takes like about a whole day. We were about to go hiking. when i checked it, it was extremely hot to the touch. I unplugged it from it's original factory wire, and let it cool down. When i needed to charge my phone to get GPS navigation waypoints, NO POWER WHAT SO EVER!! We were lost and needed park ranger support to find us! Tossed it back in the box and just found it in my garage, so i am finally going to return it!

Good Power Bank for Smart Phone or Tablet.

After a couple of weeks, the keyboard developed some problems. The keys "s", "x", and "2" began to malfunction in such a way as to make the keyboard unusable. When I brought the laptop into Best Buy, I was told I would have to send it the manufacturer and it might take a month to repair. Or I could have it repaired at my own expense at a local repair shop, which is unacceptable. I can't afford to give up the device for a month because I depend on the installed software for my work. As a solution, I decided to buy a new external keyboard, which Best Buy did not offer to pay for. The external keyboard works fine, but I can't use the laptop as a real laptop without the external keyboard. On the whole, this has been a very unsatisfying experience.

Went from fully charged to being dead after a I phone was plugged in to be charged. Only used it less the 20 times total.
