Freezes food in refrigerator compartment.

Had it only 3 months and fridge compartment freezes everything even set on lowest setting. It is also producing a lot of frost in the freezer compartment. But it was great for the first 2 months. Thankfully because it is under warranty, Insignia will replace. Otherwise I would give 0 stars.

But I paid it off then I get another bill for $30.00 I wasn’t told about. When I pay something off it should be just that. When it comes to money I don’t want to be scammed you tell me payoff that means I don’t owe anything more. I need a paid off I may not be getting anything from you all anymore. I don’t like liars and thieves!

You could adjust the temperature control knob to adjust temperature of the unit, refer to user manual page 14. If you think the freezer temperature too low or fridge compartment temperature too high, you can adjust the freezer temperature knob to "Cold" location and adjust the fridge temp knob to "coldest" location.
