It’s incredibly short, by 4” off my other fridge, no cheese/butter component and when I needed the delivery guy to switch the door handles, Best Buy said it would be $69 for the freezer handle and $69 for the fridge handle. The guy would not let me speak to a supervisor. Also, they would have to put in another service call and could be a week. Not only that, but it was chipped and they said I’d get a $25 gift card to compensate. At that point I told them to I didn’t want it. So the next person at Best Buy said the initial quote to change doors was wrong and only $69 for both, I still didn’t want it. She offered to switch the doors for free. I won’t use Best Buy again. Homedepot switched the doors for one cent.

Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service

However, it arrived without one. The refrigerator itself is very basic—nothing special—and definitely not worth the wait or the hassle. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all. The representative was rude and offered no real solution. Instead of acknowledging the misleading photo, they just told me to buy a separate ice maker or purchase a different refrigerator altogether. I asked them to cancel the order, but they still haven’t done it. I keep getting messages from Best Buy trying to reschedule the delivery. Honestly, this has been a very frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this product or the customer service behind it.

Information was inconsistent, delivery was a nightmare, and the delivery guys could not have been more rude. Won't be buying anymore from them.
