I had a problem with customer Service. I brought a refrigerator a couple of years ago and having the fridge for approximately 2 months it stop keeping my food items cold!! A geek squad representative was sent out to fix the fridge. However, when he attempted to repair the fridge he cut wires that should have never been cut!! This practice voided the factory warranty on the fridge! Best Buy Customer Services Representatives refuse to compensate me for the damage refrigerator!!

It is more spacious than I thought and has efficient storage. It is clean and works well. The door can be easily changed to the left or right. I needed an additional space saving refrigerator for the basement so I could chill cakes and dry out roasts. This fridge is low profile while super roomy inside (2 chocolate cakes, 1 cheesecake and a 7 bone standing rib roast).
