I ordered for curbside because I had hip surgery and, it was super quick I didn’t have to lift a thing best customer service

Was a gift for.my dauther office and she loves it, now she can have her drinks , food, snacks and everybody in the offices are jealous.

Looks great works well but it came dented in the left corner

It’s a fridge, it keeps things cool. Don’t set it too cold or it becomes a freezer.

We got this refrigerator to give us more room in our big refrigerator. Great unit for the cost.

We ordered a beautiful Frigidaire mini-fridge for my son's college apartment and when we picked it up in the store, the box was falling apart. When we got to his apartment and carried it in, we discovered huge dents all over it. It was like someone took a sledge hammer to every side of it. We returned it to the store and learned that model was sold out and discontinued, so they convinced us to buy a similar fridge by Insignia (the Best Buy brand) and offered to ship it. Perfect. Until it arrived (again, in a beat-up old box) and sure enough, this one was also dented on top and the door was completely out of alignment. We called Customer Support and they were very nice, offering to ship a replacement AND pick up the damaged product. I am praying that "the third time is the charm"! I guess we'll see . . .

Ordered this fridge for our loft to hold drinks and snacks . Works great but it arrived with a dent on the door with no visible damage to the outside box

Was sold to me as new but box had already been opened and resealed with "inspected by best buy" tape. One corner was dented into the point it was almost rounded. Tried to get a hold of customer service to see if they would refund some of the money or at least give it to me at an open box price. Never heard back from corporate or my local store after about a week, so after loading it up to take it home i loaded it back up to return it. Wont buy appliances from them again.

I went to the store to purchase a college sized refrigerator for my daughter. We were on a time crunch - as we were going out of town and would not return until the day prior to moving her into college. The store told us the refrigerator we wanted was no longer available (although it had been in that weeks ad)- so we ended up purchasing this (more expensive) But, the store didn't have it in stock - but they offered to have it delivered to our home. It was delivered within 2 days - which is much appreciated. It was boxed and no visual sign of damage - so we had no reason to open the box at that time of delivery. We returned home 1 day prior to moving my daughter to college and opened the box to find the refrigerator damaged. There was a dent in the side of the freezer door. There was no damage to the box or package material inside the box, so I'm lead to believe the damage happened during manufacturing. Because we were moving my daughter 2 hours away - we took the refrigerator with us. It does work and is a nice unit and I would have no problems with it - other than after contacting Best Buy to tell them of the damage (at day 40 after purchase) - they told me there was nothing they could do because I was outside of my 30 days. Just poor customer service to a 10+ year Best Buy customer. I didn't want to return the item and would have been happy with as little as a 10% refund or store credit.

I ordered this mini frig over a different brand from a different store simply because it shipped sooner so that I could take it to my daughter's college dorm 2 hours away. It came damaged. We returned it and swapped it at Best Buy. While setting it up at the dorm, we noticed it wobbled. Turned it up and there were mismatched screw in "feet" on the bottom. I thought that should be an easy fix, so we just put something under the short foot and when I got back home, called Best Buy, who said all I can do is bring the whole refrigerator in and swap it. I told them my returned on was probably still in the back, if someone could just take off the feet, I could even pick them up. -NO! So, I called Insignia who said they could not control what happens in manufacturing? All I could do is return the frig for a new one. The frig was 2 hours away. I can't lift it alone. If they have to replace the frig 2 or 3 times for every frig they sell, imagine how much cheaper they could sell it for if they just did it right the first time or maybe cooperated with these small issues. This effects the profit margins! As a result, next time I will go with another brand from another store.

Fridge could have better can bottle holders. I’m am still satisfied with my purchase. Fridge works well and it’s a great size.

The refrigerator was delivered damaged . It had a large dent in the back top corner . It wasn’t worth aggravation to send it back .

fridge is amazing. Keeps everything super cold. As soon as its plugs in.

We are very happy with the product except it was dented when we received it, but didn't have time to deal with returning it and getting a different one.
