The item seemed to be working and it was much needed so I chose to keep it. A Best Buy agent provided a refund of $15.59 saying this was his limit, however, he'd have a person higher up the ladder call me to discuss my unhappiness. Weeks have passed with no call however the insufficient amount was refunded as promised
