Item came with HUGE dent in side and door.

After numerous attempts, I finally reached someone in the Store Manager's office. She was supposed to locate another undamaged refrigerator and have it delivered and the damaged one picked up. It's been over a month and I still have a refrigerator I paid full price for and can't use. I am not a happy person!
