This thing does a great job keeping my Bee...I mean my soft drinks cold.

My first one had a dent and scratches in one of the corners. I returned it and decided to purchase it again thinking that maybe it was my luck that I got a bad one. To make a long story short, when the second one arrived it was in a very bad shape as well. I will return the second one to the store and not buy it again.

Purchased this fridge to help store some food when our main fridge is out of room . Once I plugged this fridge it emitted an extremely strong pungent burnt plastic smell which made me unplug it after 30 minutes . I wiped the inside with soap and water and plugged back in the next day . Same results with an unbearable smell. Unplugged . Wiped the inside with baking soda and water and kept the door open for several days . Then plugged in with the same pungent smell as if the fridge was on fire . Unplugged the fridge and put aside. I understand new appliances may have a smell that dissipates in time but this smell is not bearable . FYI this is not my first new fridge as our main full size fridge was purchased new also and had a mild smell that dissipated after a few hours . Stay away from this insignia fridge unless you want the extreme smell and the resulting headache. Literally .

It is fine but the can holder on the door isn't good and the racks on the side aren't that good either

I'm sure this was a fluke as I've had this product previously but it kept overheating and had to bring it back. I purchased another refridge w no issues.

first mini fridge came damaged,had to get it replaced.The packaging of the product by manufacturer is very poor.The second fridge I received what looked like the uniys are stacked on top of each other,my second fridge had what looked like a slight dent due to weight of another fridge was on top of it.I also had some questions regarding my fridge,and the help desk is help less,all they do is read from the manual,and have no idea what the product looks like.

I'm so disappointed with my mini Fridge. I just opened it and it has a BIG DENT in the very front and long scratches in the front. There's also a dent in the back on the corner top area. I should've heeded the advice I read from other consumers before I purchased it. I've been a Best Buy card holder and customer for 20 years. Very unhappy .

I was unable to examine the upon arrival and the frig was left at garage door for a week or so. Upon my return from the hospital, I had someone to pull the item into my garage. I purchased the item to use on my second floor. Later when the item was there was a huge dent in the front door. I was told by bestbuy that my warranty did not cover any of the damage.
