    Dont buy Insignai mini fridges

    I bought the 3.3 cu. ft and the 2.6 cu.ft. insignia mini fridges. both of them stopped working within 6 months of buying them. The 3.3 started leaking refrigerant. The 2.6 would start overheating and would not cool. currently working with geek squad and manufacture to get them fixed, replaced, or my money refunded. Stay away from this brand.

    Awful. It can't regulate it's own temperature. It froze half the drinks we put in it when the temp was maybe at half. It got so cold the glass literally shattered inside of the fridge. We no longer have the glass shelf, I mean pieces. I would not recommend this thing to anyone. It had odd noises coming from it soon after. Got a replacement that had been dented. Mind you, the first came dented as well... It was delivered, yes. Just nothing but an awful experience from beginning to now.

    Fridge came with a major dent in it. I didn't have a car, so it wasn't convenient to return. A little over a year (past the warranty period). it stopped working—compressor would heat up, but would not get cold. What a waste of money. It's illegal in the state to throw out a fridge, and local e-waste recycle would not take it. Luckily, nice guy at Best Buy took it. What a waste! Hardly any of the newer models have produce drawers, and same size fridge is now 1.5x the price

    the refrigerator arrived dented. It was too much hassle to return it to the store based on when it was needed an when a replacement could be provided.

    Well I brought this mini fridge and 5 months later it stopped working and I requested to check it out or for another one after I paid the insurance they told me that I had to wait till July to use the insurance on it. And it stills not working. And I still don’t have a fridge.

    Compact fridge that won't refrigerate!

    Got our compact refrigerator in yesterday. Turns on, has slushing noise in back, still the same temperature as when plugged in yesterday. Irritating that we will have to package it all back up and take it back to Best Buy then wait nearly another week for a replacement that will hopefully work. Not pleased at all. Best Buy should come get it and replace it instead because it's their faulty product. Completely dissatisfied.

    Refrigerator was severely damaged. It looks as if it was crushed. This was definitely a shipping problem. We didn't accept the refrigerator.

    This was the second one. returned the first one which was damaged. BUT both of these after plugging in would make the most annoying knock sound like every 2 minutes. Drove me crazy. Called Insignia after 5 Best Buy technicians threw their hands up in the air and even Insignia said there is nothing they can do to correct the problem. Returned #2 back to the store and got a credit. AVOID Insignia!

    Worst experience ever! Refrigerator has a dent in the side and scratches on top part that wasn't covered with the plastic, extremely difficult to communicate with you! I will NEVER place another order for delivery!!!! Highly doubtful to make another purchase, so disappointing because I've always purchased from Best Buy

    Don’t bother buying this mini refrigerator it works great for the first few weeks, then ice forms on the back panel inside. When the ice melts it causes the shelves and drawer to flood with water. I have to constantly clean the ice and water out of the refrigerator. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

    When the refrigerator worked, it was great and held a consistent cold temperature. Unfortunately it did not last one year. I would not purchase another Insignia.

    Well the staff was great, the product had a dig dent in the front. Scratches on the top and sides. The box looked like it had been rolled down a set of stairs. The freon had leaked out so not sure what else was damaged.

    Order came late, with no help from Best Buy to try and track the package. Package arrived with 10+ dents around entire frame, and once plugged-in to allow to cool overnight, was found to not function.
