I store customer service (54902) wasn’t great. Best Buy no longer gives points if you don’t use their credit card. I’ll be buying from other places from now on due to this final straw with this company and things that have happened.

Insignia has not been on my preferred brand list for awhile, but this Mini Fridge is super nice. I grew up in the 90's when mini fridges were ugly boxes that build up ice, and this is so, so far from those days. Not only is it nice and cold, no ice buildup in two weeks at 75% of max coldness. The Fridge functions flawlessly, looks sleek and modern in black, the door is smooth and reversible depending on the direction you need it to open, and capacity/flexibility is top notch. Packaging was really well designed, no damage even coming from Fed-ex says a lot these days! Shelves were secured with a tape that peels right off w/out leaving residue, but strong enough to make it through some pot holes along the way. I use for kids drinks and it fits tons of capri suns, apple juices, sodas, Gatorade's, and milk. This would definitely do well as a beer fridge because the shelves are sturdy and wouldn't bend like the cheaper wire shelves you see too often. This mini fridge is classy, capable, flexible, and whisper quiet!! Big win for Insignia
