Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to replace the usb c to c cable that came with my huion kamvas 22 plus after it mysteriously disappeared. finding a decent replacement cable is difficult, since the usb-if doesnt regulate their standards very well, and not all usb c cables are built to the same spec. this cable is good for display over usb with data and works with my tablet with no issues

Used it to connect my portable monitor to my laptop as an second screen. No delays :) Had this for 6 months now and it's still good as new. I throw this around my work bag and have had no issues with wear & tear.

The are very well made and are very stable when plugged in. The materials used are of very good quality. I could realize a speed increase when I switched from a standard USB A cable to USB C. I have not actually run any testing but I can tell the speed increase is valid. All in all, I recommend these cables for USB C connections. I have returned to purchase an additional cable of this type as well.

The display and my laptops have display capable USB-C ports so this single cable connection provides power to the display and drives it also. It has been working great. Great and fast cable when it connects…

Since the first time I plugged it into any of my external SSD drives to transfer files or photographs/videos it’s a 50/50 chance it will connect and read the drive. The other half of the time it will say that it it an “unsupported digital audio cable” and to use a different cable. The other half of the time its fine. I would rather pay over twice the price and not have to worry that when i need it to work it doesn’t. My other complaint with this canle is the rigidity and thickness make it hard to coil or condense and when you do fold it or bend it a lot it gets wrinkled and looks cheap and i dont think it will hold up.

Brand name irrelevent but it just works... Yes, this one Insignia. That's the one I bought. Not much is known about this system yet, but this is basically a USB C form factor with a separate parallel port connector built inside the USB plug. Many more connectors for data transfer. I'm using for second video display. Handles both power as well as display data. Pretty sweet.

You need a USB C Gen 2 cable like this if you want to run video over the cable. I had other usb c to usb c cables that would not output video. Cable is really thick and seems durable.
