Took it back to Best Buy and they ordered another one to be shipped to me. I received it quickly and it is in working condition. I like it. It works well and is the appropriate size for my craft cabin.

I wanted it for my kitchen but it ended up in my bathroom. It is very convenient and easy to replace with the bags. My dog loves coming in the bathroom and putting her face over it to get the lid to open. I love it!

Only thing is it needs a good amount of space to work. If it's too close to something it will just stay open. I wish there was an adjustment for sensor sensitivity
