Yes, sometimes it starts opening and closing on its own, non stop. I don't know if it is a proximity issue or what but if you are anywhere close to the sensor it will start going bananas. Planninig on returning it if it doesn't stop acting uo

Opened it, used for a couple of days, then I had to remodel my house, put it aside for months. Now the lid does not work (sensor), and I barely look at it.
