Not worth the price

I have only had it for a few weeks and it has already stopped fast charging. The fan no longer turns on and does not have the capability of fast charging versus slow, quiet, charging. I would much rather return the product, but as I do with all my purchases, I have already discarded of the box, so I am stuck with it.

Must have for the Apple trifecta
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Insignia really came through on the V50 SERIES Turbo+ 3-in-1 MagSafe Wireless Charger Stand. It is a must have for those who have the latest in Apple technologies. All your charging needs in one spot for your iPhone, Apple Watch, and wireless AirPods. The stand is well build with a little heft to it. Along with the footpaths, this unit will stay flat on the surface. There is a rubber charging pad that is a perfect shape for centering your AirPod Pro case. The nice part of this stand is that the Apple Watch charging unit is included, so you don’t need multiple charging cables and you can pack the original for traveling. The watch easily sits right on, however could be knocked off as the magnet is not very strong, but neither is the original charging base. It’s basically the same, just incorporated in the charging base. As long as nothing is being thrown towards the charging station, you shouldn’t have to worry. As for the phone charging, this is as good as any Mag Safe compatible magnetic hold as I have seen. The hold is really solid and you don’t have to worry about your expensive phone falling off. This is compatible with any iPhone 12 and up with MagSafe or any MagSafe case. However, I have seen some MagSafe cases not perform as well with its magnetic hold, so if you have a MagSafe case, the hold could vary. There is a little turbo button that gives you a little extra boost. Charges probably as good as wired charging. During Turbo mode, there is a quit fan behind the phone charge that keeps your phone cool while charging. It makes a little fan noise, but nothing too crazy. It’s good if you are in a pinch, but I usually dock all my stuff at night so don’t require the the turbo mode. When not in turbo mode, I can still hear an ever so quiet hum from the unit, but it’s barely audible and not a big deal. I think Insignia did a great job with this one, offering a single charging station for the trifecta as well as a safe turbo option that speeds up the charge without making your phone get hot.
