Do you protect your phone...then this won't work

The magnet ensures that it's connected which is great since my other charger relies on me getting it perfectly in the little nook. I put my watch on and it worked perfectly. It was very clearly charging so I was excited, then I tried to put my phone on the charger...and it didn't work. I tried repeatedly, but apparently it can't connect through the cellphone case. I was so disappointed. I won't be removing my iphone's case every time I need to charge it so you can imagine that I won't be using this. If you don't use a case, this product might be great for you. Everything charged quickly. The design looks great and takes up a little less real estate than my other charging pad, which was a nice improvement and might work well for you if you don't use a case. The cord was long which was helpful, although the plug itself was a little bulkier than I would have liked. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the product as my assumption is that most folks use a case but if you don't...maybe this would be a good fit.

But unfortunately the two qi wireless chargers would not work. The MagSafe and Apple Watch chargers worked fine. So ill be returning it soon. Bummer really. I hope my was just defective and no else has experienced this issue.
