Worked awesome while we were traveling in Germany.

I thought this unit would accept plugs for charging my laptop, but it only takes usb connections.

We went on a massive tour of England and Europe, so I bought this to make charging our phones and cameras easier. NOPE. The only plug that fit was the one for England. We were abroad for 30 days, and only in England for 7 of those. I had to buy a new plug for every new country. I wish I could have gotten a refund on this, but Best Buy only gives you 30 days to return anything. Save your money, do better research on what size plugs you'll need. Learn from my mistake. It cost 10-15 EUROS every time I had to buy a plug in each country we visited.

Not the best quality. Or use this product when I traveled in Europe for two weeks and some of the plug-ins did not work or you had to jiggle the product to make it work

Doesnt do well with apple chargers or products, have to rotate the cable to different ports everytime you want to charge. Most of the time, I can only plug in 1 phone and that kind of defeats the whole point of this product. I have a lot of things to charge while I'm out on the road and this adapter isnt reliable.

Product worked for a few days while in europe. Eventually the metal prong detached from the plastic adapter. Have tried to put it back together but was unable to do so. Finally had to buy a new adapter overseas, which ended up being 1/10th if the price I paid for this one. Poor quality for a high price.

Bought this for a trip to Iceland last month. My only complaint is that I wish it had a little more power. Otherwise, price point was good since I bundled with other stuff.

I purchased two international wall chargers for my recent trip to South America. At the time of purchase, none of the international wall chargers were designed for use in South America. I attempted to use the charger while in Argentina. The first USB port did NOT. The second USB port worked; however; the adapter was missing the third prong and would not stay in the wall socket. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this charger.

It didn’t work at all :-( Thx God , I had an old one (not the same brand). I used the old one. A clerk from Best Buy told me that it was the best and he used it when he went to Paris. I tried several outlets and it didn’t work. I returned it to the store and got a refund :-(

Worked great on my trip to Switzerland. I was looking for an adapter for my phone chargers and it worked well

I recently took a trip to Australia and needed a power converter for my cell phone. This product did an ok job...only one port worked.

I was going on a trip to Japan and South Korea. We needed it for South Korea. But I plugged it at home to make sure that it was working first and it did. But then when we got to Japan, and plugged it in, the outlet stopped working. We didn’t get to use it all. I did check many times and sue the different converters but I had no luck.

This seemed like a great device that would enable me to carry fewer plug adaptors during my trip to England and Ireland. The reality is that it didn't work at all. I ended up having to buy new plug adaptors in England because I had left mine at home because I was relying on this useless device. I wish I had the option to give this zero stars.

The product worked well with my Samsung phone but had to buy another brand because it would not work with my Apple phone.

Did not provide all the adapters I needed to travel outside the US

Some connections overseas - Australia, did not work. European connection worked well.

Poorly manufactured. The US plug doesn't work without being attached to a foreign plug- not works overseas.

Was told thay this would charge my phone while I was in Europe. On three very first day, it ruined my Samsung S8 phone and I was unable to use the device the rest of the trip. Now have to wait until I hey back I the state's to hey phone replaced. It does not handle the power conversion.

Purchased to charge phone while overseas. Worked great until the plastic surrounding the plug broke.

I bought this for my daughter to use on a trip to Australia . It worked great, no problems. If your going on a trip pick up one of these, you will be glad you did .
