    I asked to purchase a cable to connect my Sony PS4 to a controller. After consulting with two representatives in store, they provided me with the cable. When I took it home it didn't work. Had to return the next day and got the right one.

    I didn't get what was pictured. Not sure if this was a "picking" error or bad example of the product photo. Store is too far away to go back again to find out. My loss.

    Works as it should, but would not work with camera which requires a special cord most likely. Issue was that Best Buy Associate said it would work with the camera. Not worth returning as we can use for other items.

    I purchased this as an open box item and unfortunately because of the damage I was unable to use. I was told that I could not return because it was an open box item

    This was bought as a replacement for my daughters PS3 controller and it has a very loose connection. I recommend buying another brand.

    Returned sales person was in a hurry and gave me the wrong thing. I had a leap pad with me he gave me a charger that fit the wrong port.
