Great Geek Squad experience

The customer representative did not make me feel stupid. He retested the computer in front of me, and told me my options for repairs. I felt very comfortable leaving my computer in their hands. They did a great job repairing and explaining their repairs to me.

No real problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No problem with this product per se, but for people who travel on the road a lot, with multiple devices that require wires, wire management becomes an issue. So it is smart also to invest a little extra money in a labeler and extra velcro, so you can make sure that you keep the right wires with the right devices. Also buy some extras, in case someone asks to use one. Borrowed items so small may not return, and certainly won t on their own, so make sure you keep the right wires with the right devices. Helps cut down on the Murphy s Law incidents.
