Out with the old in with the New

Freezer space doesn't seem as much in the old freezer. I did notice some frost on the freezer drawer. Hopefully it does not continue. Otherwise, I like this refrigerator.

Missing Parts - Switching Door Side

I called and it is backordered. How would this get backordered as you wouldn’t really order this separately since it was supposed to come with the fridge. I was advised to call back about a week later to order it. They couldn’t do it then??? I called back a week later and they ordered it. Hasn’t arrived yet (almost 2 weeks from my last call). Feels like false advertising to say this fridge door can be switched to the opposite side if the required part isn’t included as it should have been.
