    The fridge is great! Delivery was horrible. Item arrived two hours later than the "window" of delivery. The delivery people were in a hurry, didn't install the ice maker like they were supposed to, didn't level the fridge, and dinged up my front door during delivery.

    So far the Fridge has been good, my only issue is with Best Buy’s customer support, when it was first plugged in, the sides of fridge were VERY HOT so I called and they transferred my call about three times and someone decided that wasn’t normal and to unplug it and we’re coming to get it tomorrow, I researched it myself and it’s pretty normal for some models and they never called, I called them and they knew nothing about my complaint ??? !!! No companies care about anything else except the SELL and that’s it

      Very sorry for the trouble. But there are something we want to explain about the side panel temp. This product condenser is attached to the inside of the side panel. The function of condenser is to emitting the heat of refrigerant and conducted by the side panel to air, it does not have safety issue and you just need guarantee there has enough space for side panel to emitting heat.     So far this is a great fridge. A little louder than my last one, but not too loud. I just never noticed the motor running on the last one and I have heard it with this one. Seems to work great though. I’ve had it a little over a month or so.
