Terrible product and customer service!

Then it broke down in a year and a half and is unrepairable. Never again will I buy from Best Buy!

Don't buy

This is a Best Buy brand, never buy anything in this brand. Absolutely horrible experience.

It's working out really well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This fridge/freezer is smaller than our previous, side-by-side one, but it seems more spacious and I've really been liking it. Instead of all my jars of condiments and things being shoved to the back of the top shelf, there are places in the door to store them all where they're much easier to locate. There are two levels in the bottom freezer, and they hold just as much frozen stuff as the side-by-side. The temperature controls seem easier to understand and to change than our former fridge. so far, so good!

POOR QUALITY

Thankfully we bought the warranty so we had geek squad come out and fix it and now it’s not blowing cold air once again.

Damaged and did not receive promised compensation.

I spoke with a representative who offered me $200 at the time of delivery to keep the refrigerator. I accepted this offer. I called back two weeks later and was told I would get a gift card in in 7 to 15 days. I followed up 23 business days later and was told that I am not getting the gift card but instead would get another refrigerator. I already installed an ice maker and just want the credit at this point. I told them the drivers will need to wait while I uninstall and reinstall the ice maker. This should take a few hours. I can't believe they won't honor the original offer.

Door is hard to close

If you gently push it closed, it bounces back open. Good feature - the alarm bell starts chiming after the door stands open for a while. I’m researching option to return it.

There has a door closing aid part on the fridge and freezer door hinge. this is to prevent door rebound issue when big force to close the door. Therefore, if you use a little bigger force which can overcome the door closing aid part, the door will close itself.

Buyer Beware- Freezer over freezing

I had to return the fridge in exchange for another one and the second fridge did the same exact thing. BestBuy is picky about returns as you only have a 15 day window and the warranty that you purchase along with the fridge is for a one-time use only- whether that is for a geek squad rep to come out to your home or if you flat out return it.

Just ok

There isn't a lunchmeat drawer, no door handle and only 3 temperature settings. So things either freeze a little, or it's not cold enough

Warm food No ICE CREAM :)

Everything is barely edible. We still use the old fridge 20 yrs old in the garage if and will be replacing this one.
