And had to return the first one bc it had broken parts. 2nd one has a small hole. It works great tho.

Poor quality and poor customer service

I’ve had four service visits for the Icemaker, and today the technician visited and told me that someone else would have to repair it because the icemaker is an add-on, it isn’t part of the Best Buy warranty. The icemaker has not worked properly since I purchased the refrigerator almost one year ago. Each time a technician visits either they cannot repair it, they bring the wrong kit, or someone different has to come out. If I had known that this refrigerator would be such poor quality I would have purchased a better brand.

Short Lasting

A series of unfortunate incidents

One was missing a leveler causing the unit to rock. The second was broken at the back of two of the shelves. The third had a 3" vertical crack at the back corner inside the unit causing cold air to easily escape. We decided on an LG as the final replacement and have been very satisfied since.

Chaos!

The fridge arrived damaged and delivery of the replacement has been rescheduled three times. This always happens in the afternoon of the day before, meaning we've cleared our calendars for no reason. BB employees have been very courteous and they are issuing me a credit, but only after I rejected a gift card and had to negotiate what seemed like fair compensation. Never again, Best Buy!

Utter Dissapointment.

The fridge often had to be exchanged when delivered due to the inner liner being broken. Its been less than a year and the freezer stopped working. Best buy promises compensation but never delivers even when wasting 5 days due to not being able to deliver an undamaged product. I will never buy an appliance from best buy again.

Bottom freezer for wheelchair

The interior is well designed, and the strong lighting prevents those dark holes, where old foods hide. My husband uses a wheelchair, so the bottom freezer simplified his life. A top freezer unit, made the bottom shelf too difficult to reach. The exterior is very easy to wipe off every few days.

Poor execution

But the hinge reversal kit is missing a part needed to switch the side it opens. In their stupidity, Best Buy sent another fridge rather than the missing $10 part. The second unit was missing the same part. They finally agreed to send the missing part and that has not shown up when promised. I like working with the people in the store but the follow-up execution is ridiculous.

From the first day that I got this refrigerator, it started making the strangest gurgling sounds. It sounds like it has running water inside of it when it does not. It does not keep food cold enough. Produce goes bad extremely fast compared to my old Samsung fridge. The freezer door does not glide properly. It gets stuck slightly open and food can spoil easily.

Second delivery, they didn't bring the fridge. They came to install a fridge that they never delivered. So I still don't have a fridge. Crazy that they're now asking me to review an item I still haven't received. Waiting for a 3rd attempt, but if that one goes wrong I'm done with Best Buy forever.
